SMARTLIPO

SmartLipo is laser-assisted liposuction, a new age technology. Advanced and effective medical-grade lasers melt fat and tighten the skin prior to lipo fat removal.

Smartlipo is a same day procedure performed under local (tumescent) anaesthesia… The laser enters the fat layer under the skin through small incisions… The liquefied fat is then gently liposuctioned… Extra time is then spent lasering directly under the skin for optimal skin tightening. At the end a single stitch is placed then compression garment applied and you are discharged home to recover.

People recover at varying rates depending on the extensiveness of the procedure. On average patients are able to move about and perform light activities as early as the next day. Most are able to return to work within 3 days to a week depending on number of areas treated.

Follow up is between 7–10 days, at which time stitches are removed. We highly recommend at least weekly lymphatic drainage massage by our post-operative practitioner.

Anyone struggling with stubborn problem areas of fat are eligible. You are not eligible if you have serious or untreated medical conditions such as untreated heart disease (arrhythmias / pacemakers), uncontrolled blood pressure, severe diabetes on insulin, hemophilia/bleeding disorders or on blood thinning medications, or severe/ untreated kidney, liver or thyroid disease.

Smart Lipo cost ranges between $15,000–$50,000 per surgery day. All pricing subject to change and depends on body size and number of areas treated.

Smartlipo is invasive/surgical body contouring — tiny incisions allow entry under the skin to directly access fat, liquefy it with laser energy and remove it in one procedure. Coolsculpting and Ultrasound Cavitation are non-invasive: they use fat freezing or ultrasound heat on the skin surface, rely on body to remove dead fat cells over time, and require multiple sessions.

HCG

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a peptide hormone produced in pregnancy soon after conception and later by the placenta.

Research has shown that hCG combined with a healthy low-calorie diet and moderate exercise helps the body burn fat stores and lose weight. The hormonal effect resets metabolic rate, offering potentially permanent results so long as protocol is adhered to.

The side effects are minimal and may include mild headaches, edema and breast tenderness. These are rare at the low doses used in a weight management protocol. hCG can be used in both men and women.

Agnes RF

Agnes RF uses precise microneedles to deliver radiofrequency energy into the pore and kill the sebaceous gland for good.

Agnes RF treats face slimming (face and jowl) as well as acne and acne scarring.

It is non-surgical. Microneedles deliver insulated radiofrequency energy beneath the skin, reducing risk of surface burns. It targets fat pockets, tightens skin, treats acne by destroying sebaceous glands, and works for all skin tones.

Not eligible if you are pregnant, on blood thinner medications, have cardiac disease/pacemakers, metal implants, collagen vascular disease, bleeding disorders, skin cancer, or vascular lesions (hemangioma).

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are gel-like substances (often containing hyaluronic acid) injected beneath the skin to restore volume, smooth lines, soften creases, or enhance facial contours. Most fillers are temporary and last 1–2 years.

They smooth out lines (e.g. marionette lines, smile lines), restore volume to cheeks or temples, soften lip lines, plump or contour lips (e.g. cupid’s bow), improve jawline symmetry, and restore youthfulness to under-eye tear troughs.

Common fillers use hyaluronic acid (for plumping and hydration) or calcium hydroxylapatite (for deeper contouring). Hyaluronic acid fillers typically last 6–12 months; calcium-based fillers may last a year or more.

Prices for fillers like Restylane, Belotero, or Radiesse range between $5,000–$8,000 per syringe (actual cost depends on individual skin quality and area treated).

Not recommended if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.

Botox

Botox is a drug derived from a toxin made by the bacterium Clostridium Botulinum. In small doses, it’s used to temporarily smooth facial wrinkles and improve appearance.

Botox injections block chemical signals from nerves that cause muscles to contract. By relaxing facial muscles (e.g. those causing forehead wrinkles or crow’s feet), the skin smooths out. Effects typically take 7–14 days to fully manifest.

Botox is priced at $2,500 per 50 units used; final cost depends on the amount required to achieve desired aesthetic results.

Not recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have neurological disease, or are allergic to cow’s milk protein.

Injectables – Dermal Filler / Undereye & Lips

The preferred filler for under-eyes is Restylane L. Some providers combine hyaluronic acid filler with PRP for undereye rejuvenation to address hollowness and shadow. This can also smooth lines under the eyes.

Lip augmentation with fillers can correct asymmetry, enhance pout, or create a fuller “Russian doll” lip look. Cost per syringe depends on filler brand — generally TT$5,000–TT$8,000.
